Incompetent!I took my Volvo in for servicing 5 times here, these are each of the visits:1. Part needed did not come in for my service call. Didn't bother to phone me and reschedule.2. Parts ordered for service were broken, didn't bother to call me to reschedule.3. Computer needed for software update was broken, again didn't call to reschedule, another afternoon wasted.4. Basic oil change, they did that with no problem.5. Recently the exhaust broke in the middle, and I took it there. They promised to follow up with parts needed, that was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since and don't expect to.Now you know why they closed down, awful service!THIS IS WHY I DRIVE 2 HRS TO VOLVO OF LONDON WHO HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Hello, I want to share an experience with you, I bought a second car from this company and I can't say that I got really good service the second time. When buying a vehicle, please pay attention to the requested fees that you have been told to be paid. Because everything is very good when selling vehicles and selling packages, but when your vehicle is damaged in any way, they say that the package they sold to you never and never covers it, so this is the first problem, the second problem is never possible to talk to the service department. I think the staff should be replaced with more professional people. It's really sad to see a professional brand like VOLVO get wasted in such novice hands in no way I never and never recommend this car showroom VOLVO METRO WEST" you will be really upset. People are friendly and Service is excellent, Thx to Micha help us find the perfect XC90 for us after listened to our needs and budget, he is very professional and knowledgeable Volvo specialist.
