This review is long overdue... After being fairly loyal to another Volvo dealer, we purchased a new car at JP Volvo North Van about 5 years ago when we felt the other dealer was not being forthright about the status of a particular model. I called JP Volvo North Van and spoke with Gordon, who answered all my questions, followed up with an informative email, and we ended up buying a great car (pic from a 2019 road trip). We have had it serviced there regularly, and the service department have always been super helpful, and went out of their way to address our needs. Highly recommended!

I went for a drive testing, and the guy I who I was in contact was off on that day. So, a lady showed me the car. Each question I asked her, she answered with an exclamation mark!! Like I should have been a car expert and not requested from her! I also asked several times how long I had for the driving test, and she said, whatever you like!! So, I drove for about an hour to experience all the features and qualities, But they called me to ask why I was not back.And the worst thing that happened was the email they sent me, which was so disrespectful because I said I don’t want to spend a hundred thousand for a car which has 40,000 km on it!!!I am really sorry for a luxury brand without luxury customer service!

These guys are the best bar none, their sales group is great and their repair shop is spot on. I just took possession of my 4th vehicle from this group and could not be happier. Kevin and Gordon are so good to deal with, highly recommend that you check this crew out if you have not already

Had the pleasure of dealing with Savanah and her team at Jim Pattison Volvo of North Vancouver. From the outset, she brought a hybrid vehicle to our home for a test drive. She continued to impress with knowledge of all the new technology and explained in a way that we could understand. She was always prompt in returning calls and never was impatient with our endless questions. We commend her for her professionalism and kindness. She worked very hard to get us the right vehicle with the desired trim level. Big Thanks!

Bought my Volvo here, the sales Ali was really helpful throughout the entire process. The show room is a bit small, I liked it a lot better when they Almere at the auto mall, way bigger show room over there.I also service my car here and the service department has been very good as well, friendly and efficient. There was a small hiccup one time, but they addressed it promptly. Overall a positive experience.

I had a great experience dealing with the service team. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked on my vehicle in a timely manner and managed to answer all my questions. I highly recommend giving them a visit!

I felt like i was scammed or they just didnt care that i was getting a vehicle from them throwing money just like that.I felt that i paid more than what the car cost.It was a lesson learned and will never trust this dealership to anyone. They promised me that they would fill up my gas but went there and saw the gas was down to a quarter. Car was not clean when i picked it up. Tire was flat and i had to change the tire valve stem. I returned the car and hoping that they would fix the clutch that was making the noise but when i got it back from them it still has the same issue.I dont need anything from volvo i just thought id share my experience since its been a while back when i got the car and somehow my review from here was deleted.I dont normally make rants like this but i just really cant let something like this to happen to anyone.

I purchased my very first Volvo from this dealership and it was a fantastic experience. Austyn was very helpful and gave me plenty of space to explore and test a car on my own. She was eager to physically demonstrate any features, and responded to texts extremely fast. Kevin was also great - he very clearly explained all terms of the contracts, offered no pressure, and gave you plenty of time to read the fine print instead of trying to rush you like every other dealership.

The service department at Jim Pattinson Volvo is fantastic, especially Nick! They’d re professional, polite and take a genuine interest in providing good customer service. They’ve always taken good care of my XC90 every time I bring it in for servicing. I would highly recommend them for any service needs!

Mehran lied on Facebook, advertised a Venza without a dealer number while pretending to be a private seller, I tried to make an offer then he blocked me. A business promoting such practices should re-evaluate its values.
